Distributor, Hanschell Inniss Ltd. (Goddards Enterprises Ltd.), partnered with G&A to develop a marketing and distribution pitch for Diageo, with the aim of securing the marketing and distribution rights for the Guinness brand in Barbados. Not only was Hanschell’s bid successful but G&A was retained to act as marketing partner to execute the promotion of the Guinness brand in Barbados.
A number of brand marketing concepts have been developed and implemented for Guinness. These include advertising campaigns, online engagement tactics and special events/promotions.
For Arthur Guinness Day, we developed heritage advertising in an effort to deliver some light education on the brand. We employed a clever messaging tactic to attract attention before telling the tale of the product’s history.
We also developed promotional material for a big Guinness event featuring top Caribbean acts.
